A.Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
C onsider ordinance on second reading rezoning the property of C orbin's Confections, LLC ,
contract purchaser, and Ronkeith and J udith Ann Adkins, property owners, located at 1618
Roanoke Boulevard (Tax Map # 222-2-4) from HBD Highway Business District with proffered
condition to HBD Highway Business District with amended condition to allow a restaurant and
custom manufacturing for a bakery. (Approved on first reading at the August 26, 2019, meeting.)
5.New Business
A.Resolution of Support for Supplemental Medicaid P ayment P rogram
C onsider the adoption of Resolution #1364 in support of the request of LewisGale Medical Center
regarding a supplemental Medicaid payment program.
B.Salem Band B oosters
C onsider request from Salem Band Boosters for a donation ($4,613.00) equal to the amount of
admissions tax paid in connection with the Drum Corps International Summer Music Games held
on July 30, 2019, at the Salem Stadium.
C .Appropriation of F unds
C onsider request to appropriate supplemental Children's Services Act (C S A) revenue and
