Eighth Street, property owner, appeared before the Commission explaining the rezoning request to the Commission; he explained that his son, Corey Webster, has taken over the family business, Salem Painting and Services, and they are proposing to build a 25’ X 40’ building for an office and warehouse for the business on this property; and WHEREAS, Tim Cannaday of 426 S.
