The following condition9 voluntarily proffered shall apply in addition to the regulations contained in Chapter 106 of The Code of the City of Salem:

2.No more than 100 dwelling units will be constructed.
3.No public access will be allowedfrom this property to City of SalemTax Map Numbers 45-2-5 or 40-1-2.
4.The minimum square footage of anyhome construction shall be 1,400square feet.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
Thie ordinance ehall be in full force and effect ten (10) daye after its final passage.
