1. Salem School Board
Consider appointment to fill the expiring terms for Dr. Nancy Bradley and Dr. Michael
Chiglinsky. (Public hearing held at September 28, 2015, meeting.)
2. Fairfield Inn
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion and sediment control measures for
the Fairfield Inn project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
3. School Cafeteria Fund Budget
Request to amend School Cafeteria Fund budget as approved b y the School Board on
September 15, 2015. (Audit-Finance Committee)
4. Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
Consider ordinance on second reading the request of Salem Specialties, Inc., property owner, for
rezoning the property located at 2537 West Main Street (Tax Map # 175 -1-6) from HBD
Highway Business District to LM Light Manufacturing District. (Approved on first reading,
September 28, 2015, meeting.)
5. Amendment to City Code
Consider ordinance on second reading amending Chapter 30 Environment, Article IV Stormwater
Management, Division 4 Stormwater Management Plan Contents, Review, and Technical
Criteria, Sections 30-141(A) and 30-145(C), of the CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM,
VIRGINIA, pertaining to stormwater management. (Approved on first reading, September 28, 2015,
meeting.)
6. Closed Session
Hold a closed session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711A(1) of the 1950 Code of
Virginia, as amended, to discuss a personnel matter.
