Consider request to appropriate interest earned on the unspent proceeds of the 2013 General
Obligation Bonds. (Audit-Finance Committee)
S2. Amendment to City Code
Consider ordinance on first reading amending Chapter 66, Article III, Division 6, Section 66-182
of the CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, pertaining to the regulations applicable
when application is made for erection of awning, marquee or canopy.
S3. Closed Session
Hold a closed session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711A(1) of the 1950 Code of
Virginia, as amended, to discuss a personnel matter.
