Total Action Against Poverty Receive request for renewal of the lease on the old N & W Railway Passenger Station for Head Start Program for period July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2018. 2. Performance Agreement Consider for approval the performance agreement between the City of Salem, the Economic Development Authority of the City of Salem, and Yokohama Tire Manufacturing Virginia, LLC, for the property located at 1500 Indiana Street. (Audit-Finance Committee) 3. Bridge Repairs Receive report and consider awarding contract for repairs to various bridges in the City. (Audit-Finance Committee) 4.
