Receive presentation from Dan Joiner regarding the 2014 Roanoke
Valley Horse Show.
2. Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
Hold public hearing and consider ordinance on first reading the request
of Nikola Sumenic, property owner, for rezoning the properties located
at 805 & 811 Craig Avenue (Tax Map #’s 47 – 4 – 4 & 38 – 6 – 5.1)
from RSF Residential Single Family District to RMF Residential Multi-
Family District. (Continued until the December 10, 2014, Planning Commission
meeting, see page 1 of Planning Commission minutes. Advertised in the October 9,
and 16, 2014, issues of the Salem Times Register.) STAFF REPORT
3. Appropriation of Funds
Request to amend School Grants Fund budget as approved by the
School Board on November 11, 2014. (Audit-Finance Committee)
4. Salem Municipal Golf Course
Consider renewing lease for 2015.
5. Closed Session
Consider request of City Manager to hold a closed session pursuant to
provisions of Section 2.2-3711 A (3) of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as
amended, to discuss the acquisition or disposition of property.
