1. Vacation and Closure of Alley
Hold public hearing and consider Resolution 1234 appointing viewers to
vacate and close a certain portion of an 18 foot gravel alley that extends
from West Calhoun Street southerly for a distance of 150 feet to West
Burwell Street.
2. School Operating Fund Budget
Receive report and amend School Operating Fund budget as approved by the
School Board on May 14, 2013. (Audit-Finance Committee)
3. School Operating Fund Budget
Receive report and amend School Operating Fund budget as approved by the
School Board on July 9, 2013. (Audit-Finance Committee)
4. Appropriation of Funds
Request to appropriate a grant of $7,100 from the Rescue Squad Assistance Fund
(RSAF). (Audit-Finance Committee)
5. Appropriation of Funds
Request to appropriate a grant of $1,857 from the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant
