1. Salem School Board
Receive presentation from the Chairman of the Salem School Board regarding the
2012-2013 budget.
2. Industrial Development Authority
Consider ordinance on first reading changing the name of the Industrial
Development Authority of the City of Salem, to the Economic Development
Authority.
3. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
4. Closed Session
Hold a closed session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711A (3) of the 1950
Code of Virginia, as amended, to discuss property the City may wish to buy and
sell.

Hold a closed session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711A(1) of the 1950
Code of Virginia, as amended, to discuss a personnel matter.
