Zoning Ordinance Amendment Hold public hearing and consider ordinance on first reading, amending Chapter 106, Article II District Regulations, Section 106-220.2(B)(5) of THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA pertaining to Commercial Use Types in HM Heavy Manufacturing District zoning. (As advertised in the January 5 and 12, 2011 editions of The Roanoke Times, Recommend Approval, see page 2, Planning Commission minutes) STAFF REPORT 2. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Hold public hearing and consider ordinance on first reading, amending Chapter 106, Article II District Regulations, Section 106-208.2(A)(2, 4, & 5), 208.2(B)(2, 4, & 5), and 208.3 (B)(1) of THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA pertaining to Permitted uses and Site development regulations in RB Residential Business District zoning; also consider adding Section 106-208.3(E) Other Requirements. (As advertised in the January 5 and 12, 2011 editions of The Roanoke Times, Recommend Approval, see page 4, Planning Commission minutes) STAFF REPORT 3. Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare Receive presentation from Tim Steller, Executive Director, Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare, regarding the Fiscal Year 2010 Performance Report. 4. Abstract of Votes Receive Abstract of Votes cast at the January 11, 2011, Special Election. 5. 2720 West Main Street Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion and sediment control for the site located at 2720 West Main Street. (Audit-Finance Committee) 6. Taxicabs Consider setting a public hearing in accordance with Section 98-94 of THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, for issuance of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity for the next twelve (12) months.
