1. Special Exception Permit
Hold public hearing to consider the request of Equity
Enterprises, 1984 LLC, tenant, and Danny A. & Stephania
Arnold, property owners, for the issuance of a Special
Exception Permit to allow automobile repair services, major,
on the property located at 1648 Lynchburg Turnpike (Tax Map #
151-1-3.2). (Advertised in the August 3 and 10, 2011, issues of the
Roanoke Times. Recommended approval, see Page 3 of the Planning
Commission minutes.)
2. Creative Family Solutions
Consider setting bond for stormwater management and erosion
and sediment control for the site located at 119 Sheraton
Drive. (Audit-Finance Committee)
3. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and
commissions.
