Consider adopting Resolution 1165 declaring the City’s
intent to reimburse itself from anticipated bond issue or
other taxable debt, the City might consider for a variety
of projects. (Audit-Finance Committee)
S2. Cable Television Franchise Ordinance
Consider ordinance on first reading establishing the
policies and procedures for granting a cable television
franchise agreement.
