1. Oaths of Office
The Honorable Chance Crawford to administer the oaths of
office to and seating of Councilman John C. Givens and
Councilman Byron R. Foley.
2. Closed Session
Hold a closed session pursuant to provisions of Section
2.2-3711A(1) of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, to
discuss a personnel matter concerning the Council appointed
positions of Mayor and Vice-Mayor.
3. Election of Mayor
Hold election for the Council appointed position of Mayor.
4. Oath of Office
The Honorable Chance Crawford to administer the oath of
office to and seating of the Mayor.
5. Election of Vice-Mayor
Hold election for the Council appointed position of Vice-Mayor.
6. Oath of Office
The Honorable Chance Crawford to administer the oath of
office to and seating of the Vice-Mayor.
7. Electoral Board
Receive presentation from the Electoral Board concerning the
Certificates of Election.
