1. 2009-2010 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments
Hold public hearing and consider amending the 2009-2010
budget. (Advertised in the April 8, 2010, issue of the Salem Times
Register, Audit-Finance Committee.)
2. Police Department, Judges Chambers, PPEA
Consider approval of the comprehensive agreement for the
Police Department Judges Chambers Expansion Project.
(Audit-Finance Committee)
3. Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion
and sediment control for the Our Lady of Perpetual Help
Catholic Church Project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
4. Broad Street Culvert
Consider awarding contract for the Broad Street Culvert
Project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
5. Appalachian Power Company
Consider ordinance on second reading to extend the
franchise agreement between Appalachian Power Company,
doing business as American Electric Power, and the City of
Salem. (Passed on first reading, March 23, 2010, meeting.)
6. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards
and commissions.
