1. Vacation of Alley
Receive report of viewers and consider ordinance on first
reading permanently vacating a certain remaining portion of
a 10 foot +/- alley located at the intersection of Braxton
Avenue across from Crystal Drive. (Viewers appointed at
February 22, 2010, meeting.)
2. Miscellaneous Fees
Consider adopting Resolution 1155 establishing various
miscellaneous fees. (Effective immediately upon passage.)
3. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards
and commissions.
