rezoning the property located at 901 Russell Drive (Tax
Map # 15 – 1 – 1) from BCD Business Commerce District to
RSF Residential Single Family District. (Continued from the
January 11, 2010 meeting.)
2. Amendment to City Code
Consider ordinance on second reading amending Chapter 14,
Article I. in General, and Article IV. Dogs and Cats, of
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, pertaining to
Animals. (Passed on first reading, January 25, 2010, meeting.)
3. Amendment to City Code
Consider ordinance on second reading amending Chapter 14,
Article IV. Dogs and Cats, Division 2, of THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, pertaining to Animals. (Passed on
first reading, January 25, 2010, meeting.)
S1. Complete Count Committee
Consider adoption of Resolution 1151 in support of the
formation of the Complete Count Committee for the 2010
Census.
S2. Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act
Consider adoption of Resolution 1152 authorizing the City’s
participation in the Virginia Juvenile Community Crime
Control Act.
