1. 2009-2010 Budget
Consider ordinance on second reading adopting the budget
for fiscal year 2009-2010, with emergency provisions.
(Passed on first reading at May 26, 2009, meeting.)
2. 2008-2009 Audit
Receive report and consider closing certain City offices to
the public on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, to facilitate annual
audit. (Treasurer, Finance, Utility Collections, and Commissioner of
the Revenue.)
3. Fiscal Agent Contracts
Receive report regarding continuation of fiscal agent
agreements between the City and Court Community
Corrections/VASAP and the Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy
for fiscal year 2009-2010.
4. Abstract of Votes
Receive Abstract of Votes cast at the June 9, 2009
Democratic Primary Election.
5. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards
and commissions.
