1. Taxicabs
Hold public hearing in accordance with Section 98-94 of THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, and consider issuance
of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity for the
next twelve (12) months, beginning April 1, 2009. (Date set
for public hearing at February 9, 2009 meeting. Advertised in the
March 2, 2009 issue of the Roanoke Times.)
2. Kroger Fuel Center
Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control for
the Kroger Fuel Center–R226 project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
3. HNRGI Dental Office
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion
and sediment control for the HNRGI Dental Office project.

4. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards
and commissions.
