1. Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley, Inc.
Consider ordinance on second reading designating the real
property of the Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley, Inc.,
located at 2321 Roanoke Boulevard (Tax Map # 225-2-6), as exempt
from taxation, as used for charitable and benevolent purposes,
in accordance with Section 58.1-3651 of the CODE OF VIRGINIA.
(Passed on first reading at December 8, 2008, meeting.)
2. Roanoke Valley Greenway Commission
Consider ordinance on second reading revising the
Intergovernmental Agreement establishing the Roanoke Valley
Greenway Commission between the City of Roanoke, the County of
Roanoke, the Town of Vinton, and the City of Salem. (Passed on
first reading at December 8, 2008, meeting.)
3. Procurement Resolution
Consider adoption of Resolution 1132 allowing J. & A., Inc., dba
Fast Signs, to bid on any contract of the City.
4. Procurement Resolution
Consider adoption of Resolution 1133 allowing Sterling
Engineering Solutions, Inc. to bid on any contract of the City.
5. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and
commissions.
