2. Roanoke Regional Partnership
Receive presentation from Beth Doughty, Executive Director, Roanoke
Regional Partnership, regarding the 2008 Annual Report.
3. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance
Consider ordinance on second reading rezoning the property of Barker
Garden Apartments LLC, property owner, located at 1139 Easton Road
(Tax Map # 230-3-10) from RSF Residential Single Family District to
RMF Residential Multi-Family District. (Passed on first reading at
January 26, 2009, meeting)
4. Shiloh Baptist Church
Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control for the Shiloh
Baptist Church project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
5. First Baptist Church
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion and
sediment control for the Salem Baptist Church project. (Audit-Finance
Committee)
6. Carey Avenue Subdivision
Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control for the Carey
Avenue Subdivision project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
7. Invision Eye Fitness & Fashion
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion and
sediment control for the Invision Eye Fitness & Fashion project. (Audit-
Finance Committee)

8. Taxicabs
Consider setting a public hearing in accordance with Section 98-94 of
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, for issuance of
Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity for the next twelve (12)
months. (Suggest March 9, 2009)
9. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and
commissions.
