Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner and the
Commonwealth Transportation Board to approve and accept
certain new streets for maintenance payments.

Consider approval of the Blue Ridge Behavioral
Healthcare’s proposed fiscal year 2009 Performance
Contract with the Virginia Department of Mental Health,
Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services.
3. Electric Department
Receive report and consider awarding contract for cooling
and UPS for new data center. (Audit-Finance Committee)
4. 2008-2009 Annual Street Paving Program
Receive report and consider awarding contract for the

Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control for
