1. Fiscal Agent Contracts
Receive report regarding continuation of fiscal agent
agreements between the City and Court Community
Corrections/VASAP and the Cardinal Criminal Justice
Academy for fiscal year 2008-2009.
2. 2007-2008 Audit
Receive report and consider closing City offices to the
public on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, to facilitate annual
audit. (Treasurer, Finance, Utility Collections, and Commissioner of the Revenue.)
3. Adult Day Care Facility
Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control for
the Adult Day Care Facility project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
4. Solid Waste Transfer Station (tipping) Fees
Consider adoption of Resolution 1120 amending the tipping
fees for the Solid Waste Transfer Station. (Effective
July 1, 2008) (Audit-Finance Committee)
5. Cliffview Project
Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control for
the Cliffview Project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
6. Paid Leave Plan
Consider adoption of Resolution 1121 repealing sections
1.16 and 1.17 of the Personnel Operating Procedures and
enacting section 1.36 pertaining to the Paid Leave Plan.
7. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards
and commissions.
