The proposed amendment would require lots in all new subdivisions to lie wholly within the City of Salem municipal boundary. Wilderness Road: Virginia’s Heritage Migration Route Consider adopting Resolution 1103 in support of the designation of a driving route entitled the Wilderness Road: Virginia’s Heritage Migration Route. 13. Industrial Development Authority Consider adopting Resolution 1104 approving the issuance by the Industrial Development Authority of its tax-exempt multi-family housing revenue bonds for the acquisition and rehabilitation of Oak Park Apartments. 14.
