Consider ordinance on second reading permanently vacating
and closing Watts Street.
2. Vacation and Dedication of Easements
Consider the request of Wiley Development, LLC, for vacation
and dedication of a portion of the sanitary sewer easement
and a portion of the electric easement on the properties
72 St. John Road, 140 St. John Road, and 151 St. John Road.
3. 2007-2008 Annual Street Paving Program Receive report and consider awarding contract for the 2007-
2008 paving program. (Audit-Finance Committee)
4. Holiday Inn Express
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion
and sediment control for the Holiday Inn Express project.
