1. Forest Drive Sewer Pump Station
Receive report and consider awarding contract for the replacement of the sewer pump
station on Forest Drive. (Continued from August 13th meeting) (Audit-Finance Committee)
2. Special Exception Permit
Hold public hearing and consider request for the issuance of a Special Exception
permit to allow a two-family dwelling on the property located at 16 North Bruffey
Street (Tax Map # 125 – 3 – 11). (Request withdrawn by petitioner)
3. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance
Hold public hearing and consider ordinance on first reading rezoning the property located
at 509 South Colorado Street (Tax Map # 145 – 8 – 6) from RSF Residential Single Family
District to RB Residential Business District. (Recommend approval, see page 1, Planning Commission
Minutes)
4. Amendment to the City Code
Consider ordinance on first reading amending Chapter 106, Article II District Regulations,
Section 106-226.4(A), 106-226.7(B), 106-226.7(C), and 106-226.8(A) of THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, pertaining to the Floodplain Overlay District (FOD).
(Recommend approval, see page 4, Planning Commission Minutes)
5. North Oaks, Phase II Subdivision
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion and sediment control for the
North Oaks, Phase II Subdivision project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
6. Village at North Mill
Consider setting bond for physical improvements and erosion and sediment control for the
Village at North Mill project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
7. Enterprise Fund
Receive report regarding allocation of funds. (Audit-Finance Committee)
