Receive an unsolicited proposal under The Public-Private
Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 as to
improvements to the Salem Civic Center.
2. T-Mobile Northeast, LLC
Consider the request of T-Mobile Northeast, LLC to authorize
a lease agreement of City property.
3. Olde Salem Days 2007
Consider adopting Resolution 1091 closing Main Street on
September 8, 2007, for festivities.
4. 2007 Refunding Bonds
Consider adopting Resolution 1092 authorizing the issuance
of 2007 Refunding Bonds. (Audit-Finance Committee)
5. Virginia Department of Transportation
Consider adopting agreement between VDOT and the City of
Salem for the traffic light project at the intersection of
Thompson Memorial and Cleveland Avenues. (Audit-Finance Committee)
6. Lakeside Strip Mall
Consider setting Bond for erosion and sediment control for
physical improvements for the Lakeside Strip Mall Project.

7. Pinkerton Properties Project
Consider setting Bond for grading and erosion and sediment
control for physical improvements for the Pinkerton

8. New Millennium Building Systems
Consider setting Bond for erosion and sediment control for
