itself from any potential future bond issue the City might consider for a
variety of proposals.

1. Sale of City Property
Consider approval of a proposal for the sale of City-owned property located
at 756 & 758 Roanoke Street (Tax Map #’s 142-4-1 and 142-1-2.1
respectively).
2. Taxicabs
Consider setting a public hearing in accordance with Section 98 -94 of The
Code of the City of Salem, Virginia, for issuance of Certificates of Public
Convenience and Necessity for the next 12 months. (Suggest March 12,
2007.)
3. Roanoke River Greenway Project
Consider adopting Resolution 1089 amending the Project Development and
Administration Agreement for the City of Salem Roanoke River Greenway
Project between the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of
Transportation and the City of Salem. (Audit-Finance)
4. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and
commissions.
