1. Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
Consider ordinance on second reading rezoning the property located at
1886 Murrell Avenue (Tax Map # 128 – 1 – 3) from RSF Residential Single
Family District to RMF Residential Multi-Family District. (Passed on first
reading at October 23, 2006, meeting.)
2. Shiloh Baptist Church
Consider setting bond and time limit for physical improvements and
erosion and sediment control for the Shiloh Baptist Church expansion
project. (Audit-Finance Committee)
3. Salem School Board
Consider setting date for public hearing in accordance with Section22.1 -
29.1 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, regarding the expiration
of terms for Cynthia Neathawk and C. Wayne Adkins. (Suggest November 27,
2006.)
4. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
