Consider adopting Resolution 1086 commending Dr. N. Wayne Tripp and his
tenure with the City of Salem Schools Division.
2. Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
Hold public hearing and consider ordinance on first reading rezoning the
property of Charlotte K. White, property owner, located in the 1400 block
of West Riverside Drive (Tax Map # 178 – 3 – 7) from AG, Agricultural
District, to RSF, Residential Single Family District. (Recommend approval; see
Page 1 of Planning Commission minutes.)
3. Abstract of Votes
Receive Abstract of Votes cast at the November 7, 2006, General and Special
Election.
4. Salem School Board
Hold public hearing and receive views of citizens and candidates regarding
the appointment to fill the expiring terms for Cynthia Neathawk and C.
Wayne Adkins. (Advertised in the November 16 and 23, 2006, issues of the Salem Times
Register.)
5. December 25, 2006, Council Meeting
Consider eliminating the December 25, 2006 meeting due to the Christmas
holiday.
6. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
7. Salem Golf Course
Consider renewing lease for 2007.
