1. Salem Museum-Salem Historical Society
Receive presentation from John D. Long, Salem Museum Director, of new publication
“The Men who were Mayor,” booklet based on the research from the Museum’s current
exhibit.
2. Special Exception Permit
Hold public hearing to consider the request of Morris Elam Limited Partnership,
property owner, for the issuance of a Special Exception Permit to allow the construction
of 5 two-family dwellings on four parcels located in the 200 block of South Broad Street
and the 200 block of Chapman Street (Tax Map Numbers 121-3-2, 121-3-3, 122-8-8,
and 122-8-9). (Recommended approval, see Page 3, of the Planning Commission minutes.)

Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
