1. Vacation of Alley
Receive report of viewers and consider ordinance on first reading permanently vacating
Stewart Alley between South Broad Street and White Oak Street. (Viewers appointed at April 10,
2006, meeting.)
2. 2005-2006 Mid-Year Budget Amendments
Hold public hearing and consider amending the 2005 -2006 budget. (Audit-Finance Committee;
advertised in the April 20, 2006, issue of the Salem-Times Register.)
3. McDonalds USA, LLC
Consider setting bond and time limit for physical improvements and erosion and sediment
control for the McDonalds USA, LLC, project. (Audit-Finance Committee.)
4. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
5. Salem School Board
Receive presentation from the Chairman of the Salem School Board regarding the 2006 -2007
budget.
