Hold public hearing and consider adoption of Resolution 1070 appointing viewers to consider
permanently vacating Stewart Alley between South Broad Street and White Oak Street.

3. Sale of City Property
Consider the sale of City-owned property located at 213 South Broad Street (Tax Map Number
121-3-1). (Continued from March 27, 2006, meeting.)
4. 2005-2006 Mid-Year Budget Amendments
Hold public hearing and consider amending the 2005 -2006 budget. (Audit-Finance Committee;
advertised in The Roanoke Times.)
5. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
6. Closed Session
Consider request of City Manager to hold a closed session pursuant to provisions of Section
2.2-3711 A (3) of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, to consider property the City may
wish to sell.
