1. Roanoke Valley Economic Development Partnership
Receive presentation from Phillip F. Sparks regarding the 2005 Report of Economic
Development.
2. Sale of City Property
Hold public hearing to consider the sale of City owned property located at 213 South Broad
Street (Tax Map Number 121-3-1). (Advertised in the March 9, 2006, issue of the Salem Times-Register.)
3. Regional Water Supply Plan
Consider adoption of Resolution 1075 supporting a regional effort to develop a Regional Water
Supply Plan in accordance with Virginia’s Local and Regional Water Supply Planning
Regulations.
4. Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare
Consider adoption of Resolution 1076 authorizing the Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare to act
as its own fiscal agent to receive State and Federal funds directly from the Department of
Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services.
5. Salem Band Boosters
Consider request for donation ($2,716.15) equal to the amount of admissions tax paid in
connection with the Drum Corps International Summer Music Games.
