1. Request of David A. and Angela V. Akers, property owners, for a variance from Section 106-202.3(B) of the Code of the City of Salem, to allow the construction of a 40 x 30 garage addition at 2159 Ellison Avenue (Tax Map # 213 – 1 – 7.1). The garage will be located seven feet (7’) from the side property line. Section 106—202.3(B) states that the side yard setback shall be twenty-five feet (25’).
