1. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance
Hold public hearing and consider ordinance on first reading rezoning 6.38 acres located in
the 1800 block of Murrell Avenue from RMF Residential Multi-Family District with conditions
(formerly Residential District R-4 with conditions) to RMF Residential Multi-Family District
with conditions. (Recommend approval with proffered conditions, see Page 1 Planning Commission
minutes.)

Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
