1. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance
Hold public hearing and consider ordinance on first reading rezoning the property located at
839 Apperson Drive from Residential District R-2 to Residential Business District R-B. (Request
withdrawn without prejudice.)
2. Taxicabs
Consider setting a public hearing in accordance with Section 98-94 of The Code of the City of
Salem, Virginia, for issuance of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity for the next
12 months. (Suggest March 14, 2005.)
3. Boards and Commissions
Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
